These are our "standard" fees.  Complex properties may be more and will be quoted on a case-by-case basis.  Examples of complex properties include, but are certainly not limited to: a 120 year old farm house on 75 acres, rural property, anything with more than one unit, geodesic domes, round houses, earth berm homes, and anything that's generally strange in design, features, location, or otherwise.  Basically, if I have to go over ten miles to find comparable sales, you've got a complex property, and we'll just have to talk about it.  Please, please don't send me any orders for properties with more than one house on only one lot, mobile homes with additions, or anything in Gerton.  Yes, it is technically in Henderson County, but appraising down there is a nightmare.  No offense to the fine people in Gerton, which is beautiful, rugged country, and only minutes from Chimney Rock and Lake Lure.
